There are two things that are a drag about typical sales roles. First, few people want to talk to you. Second, you have to starve (almost) to death, while you build up your commission payments.
Not here!
We play the long game so that you don’t have to. We’ll start you on a salary, commensurate with your experience. We’ll increase that salary, regularly, as you accumulate skills. At every step, we’ll ensure you’re paid your market value (or better) and we’ll work hard, every day, to boost that value!

In this sales role—unlike pretty much every other sales role on the planet—you don’t have to prospect.
A dynamic marketing team does this for you. This team identifies market segments, researches businesses and their special requirements, and then customizes a compelling offer that meets those needs.
And, in this sales role—unlike pretty much every other—there’s no admin work. None! You don’t have to process orders, generate quotes, resolve issues or deal with the usual fuss that impairs other salespeople’s productivity.
Oh, and one more thing. You don’t have to travel. This role is based in Ropella’s beautiful corporate HQ’s (with a Racquetball court & Gym in house and Tennis & Basketball courts next door) in Milton, FL. You’ll do your consultative selling with a headset and a web conference, with other enthusiastic, athletic - young professionals.

But, in case you’re wondering, here’s what we’ll be looking for in an applicant.
We’ll be looking for someone who’s comfortable in a busy sales environment and, ideally, someone who has selling solutions over the phone or experience in PBE.
We definitely want someone who’s a great communicator. Some sales experience is a plus. So is a willingness to identify and learn best practice in sales.
Plus we want someone who’s a team player (not a mercenary). After all, sales at Ropella is a team sport and we like it that way.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an immediate start.

Travel nationally to trade shows 2 to 4 times a year.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with flexible hours ranging between 7:00 am to 5:00pm CST as defined by business need.
